Avocado Oil (Dr. Adorable Inc) I'm soo glad I decided to try this oil! It's soo great :) I love using it on both my hair and skin. This oil now has a place on my sink! BTW, you can find this oil on EBAY :)
I was excited to try this product as I have heard soo many wonderful things about it. This product contains ingredients like, black soap, sea salt, salicylic acid, and kaolin clay that are supposed to help with clarifying the hair and scalp. I have to admit that I was nervous looking at these ingredients and worried if it would be too harsh on my hair. But I was feeling daring and since I haven't heard to many negative things about this product I was like "why not?" Besides, the last time I clarified my hair was in January... Well, I'm glad I tried this product... I like it, but I'm not 100% happy with it. This product is an EXCELLENT detangler and clarifyier, but it stripped my hair too much :( I'm not going to toss it out because it does have a place in my regimen, however, I am only going to use this product every couple months or so. I will have to pair this with a highly moisturizing conditioner like Giovanni Smooth As Silk to prevent dryness. If paring this product with a highly moisturizing conditioner doesn't work, then I will be looking into a different way to clarify my hair :) (Probably apple cider vinegar rinses.) I now have to spend the rest of the week trying to get my fro's moisture levels back up (she's currently mad at me lol) It looks like I will be doing another deep condition! (Apparently this is the month of deep conditioning for me lol.)

I felt the same way about the masque...it was too drying on my hair. I'll give it another chance because I don't want to throw it away.

So, I didn't watch the video for this yet but it sounds like it would be great as a deep co-wash. And maybe dilute it a bit/a lot with water as well. I would follow up with copious amounts of shea butter after since its heavier and should provide greater moisture.
