    Oh goodness, where do I begin!  LOL  I am in love with this conditioner!  Sigh... I know, I know, I now have several conditioners that I love... but it's not too bad lol.  Although I am not much of a product junkie, I do enjoy trying out conditioners from time to time :)  Especially if the ingredients are great!  When I found out that Shea Moisture was launching new products a couple months ago, I knew I would end up try some of them out lol.  I already love the Coconut and Hibiscus line and was excited to try the new Curl and Shine Conditioner.
  This conditioner surprisingly feels the same as the Curl and Style Milk in hand, but performs waaaay better on my hair. ( I think I may be bumping the Curl and Style milk out of my rotation for a little while lol.)  I've tried this conditioner as a rinse out conditioner, leave in conditioner, and detangling aid and I have not been disappointed!

PROS for my FRO

* Great ingredients

*Smells awesome

* Softens hair

* Great as a leave in

( I believe this will replace the Curl and Style Milk for me lol.)

* Great as a rinse out conditioner

* Lightweight

(perfect if you like to use conditioner as stylers)

*Helps with detangling
 ( I put 3 pumps in a spray bottle to help loosen my hair up for twisting before co washing)

* A little goes a long way

(I'm using 4-5 pumps when using as a leave in and 4-6 as a rinse out)

* Protein free?

(The ingredients say it has silk protein, but the ingredients list doesn't lol)

* Bottle has a pump :)  (This doesn't really benefit my fro, but it makes things soooooo much easier! lol)

CONS for my FRO

* Pricey 11.99 for 13 oz

* The awesome scent makes you want to use more product than necessary LOL!!!!
Check out my full review in the video,   (BTW, don't be alarmed by my husband popping up out of nowhere lol!)

I Love that you do blog posts and youtube vids!! Best of both worlds. I've only ever tried one product from the Shea Moisture Line..can't wait to try the others. They were just made available here in Jamaica.

Hi. I really value your inside because I have 4C hair with the same density as yours. I am writing to ask about the Shea Moisture you are reviewing here. Does it leave your hair white. I have tried the "Shea Moisture Curl Enhancing Smoothie and I am VERY Disappointed in the fact that it leaves my hair white and I'd does not provide definition anywhere close to what the Eco Styler Gel provides. Naturalists all over, rave about Shea Moisture's products. I am thinking it's a 4C thing. The smoothie has the same ingredients as the moisturizer you are reviewing.

Oh. The ingredients of the Smoothie does vary a bit. It, ACTUALLY DOES, list Silk Protein. It, also, has a few more oils and extracts. Just wanted to clarify :)

Hi Tina Mond!
Out of all the products in the coconut and hibiscus line I have the most difficulty with the smoothie. I have to really work it in my hair or else it will leave a white film. I really like the product but I find that it works better on wet hair for me. The milk and this conditioner are a lot lighter and soak in immediately so there's no "working in" needed. I have low porosity hair and that may be why the smoothie doesn't sink in as much....maybe there is a higher concentration of shea butter in it (which also takes me some time to work in my hair) which is why I prefer to use avocado butter instead.

To Tina Mo d:
This conditioner doesn't leave my hair white at all. I posted a video today called Maintaining My Hair Without Re Twisting Nightly, showing me using it in the mornings on dry hair and it disappears immediately :)
