Do you have any problem areas on your head /hair?
Mine are my nape/hemline and edges/bangs... even though my hair is chemical free, they are still the most fragile areas on my head . These areas grow the slowest on my head and get the most splits. So many times, I keep them trimmed shorter than everything else. My nape is and has always been for as long as I can remember, soo much thinner/finer than the rest of my hair. When my hair is really stretched out or straighter, it looks like there is a hole in the back of my hair smh.... However, shrinkage is so helpful in making my hair look much thicker in these areas so it's not as noticeable in a curly/coily state. Nice! ;) #rockwhatugot #keepmovingforward

Hi! First of all, congratulations on your 3 years natural! I turned 3 years on new years, but I started off bald. Secondly, I think we're hair twins lol. I have 4C hair that is fine. I struggled to get those chunky twists only to realize I just can't achieve them lol. My hair in the back is very fine and there is less of it, however, the curl is looser in the back of my head(4aish). In the middle I have a small patch of 4bish hair loo but the scalp there is the driest on my head, even drier than my 4c hair all over. The bang section of my hair is the boat fragile and is about 2-4 inches shorter than the rest of my hair. :/ I constantly have to trim to keep it healthy and not split. I'm not exactly sure if we have the same length of hair, but we have similar problems. Around the winter I experience dry scalp as well, and I'm switching back to being more consistent in my search and destroy method.
