    What up y'all!  I'm back with an updated wash and go routine!  I'm sharing what I do to keep my TWA coils looking their best.  I hope it helps! ;) 

    NOTE:  My hair was finger detangled prior to my wash session. I always get the best wash and go's on finger detangled No Poo'd or cowashed hair.  Most traditional shampoo poofs my hair up too much and combing through my coils for wash and go's ruin their natural shape.  

    Here's my hair texture without using a hair sponge, twisting or stretching it. My hair is freshly washed and dried. ( I used DevaCurl Build Up Booster and One Conditon... and I added J Jane Carter Solution Nourish and Shine a long with some Fantasia IC Gel. I wanted to see what my hair does without the serum tonight.😉 My hair would be even tighter if I didn't use the Nourish and Shine but yeah ...I don't need any knots lol!
    Some people thought my curl pattern changed because of the way it looks when I gently use a sponge on it lol. Nope!  Here she is!  Less dense than previous years, but the same behaviors. 😊 ​

    Hey!  Today, I'm back to share my full hair and health update regarding my iron/bloodwork results.  I also went to the barber for the 2nd time and got my hair cut even SHORTER!  I'll be sharing embarrassing pics and video clips of my hair situation all within this video. ;)

    What y'all know about that full #shrinkage?  This texture is #incredible and can do so many things! 😆😉 I was curious to see just how tight Ms. Fro shrinks at this length without defining my coils. She's about 95 percent dry so she's got a few more cm to go. 😅 #rockyourunique
