​    What up!!!  I'm back with a long overdue hair update!  So much has changed with my hair from hair loss recovery, my feelings about my natural hair, and what my husband thinks about my hair.  So today, I'm spilling the "tea." Grab your actual tea and enjoy lol!  :)

    Smh.... so unfortunately we have been unable to use a lot of Shea Moisture products over the past couple years due to formula changes... Currently, the only thing that my hair seems to still like is the Manuka mask... Yup the other masks, conditoners, and even stylers that I used to love have not been the same.  My hair always feels coated, waxy, and looks kinda dirty when I try using them again. The boys were still using the Curl and Shine Condtioner simply because I was comfortable with the product getting on their body in the shower... I don't like the idea of them rinsing their hair and chemicals getting on their skin from products so I continued to buy this.... however, at this point I'm not sure what I'm going to do.... it is very frustrating to see that this too has been reformulated... it's also frustrating to see things stated like "No formulas have been changed" when that's clearly not the case... Right now, I have the Coconut and Hibiscus bubble bath/bodywash, the massage oil, and a Manuka hand lotion lol.... that is a HUGE difference in what we used to buy... #sosad#justbehonest ​

    New video!  This video was really tough to upload, but I wanted to share my current struggle with iron deficiency anemia.  I'm currently 4 years natural and instead of being entirely over the moon, I'm dealing with a pretty rough battle with excessive hair shedding. 😩 I know this video is crazy long, but many wanted to know what was going on, as well as what I'm planning on doing to get Ms. Fro back on track again.    My #hair #misbehaved alllll day! Smh!  No matter what I did.... it failed. I'm starting to think that the month of July is just the "battle" month for Ms. Fro lol.  Believe it or not, this fro stemmed from a wash and go that I attempted to stretch out with my flexirods.  I lost the battle and had to just let her be.  Well at least she feels soft lol!    How did your hair behave today?
