If I could only choose one thing to use on my eyes, I would definitely HAVE to pick eyeliner! For me, it's an instant "BAM!" for my eyes lol. My favorite eyeliner is Black Radiance Continuous Cream Eyeliner :) (I have been using it since November and it works better than all the other inexpensive eyeliners I've tried.)
I love this eyeliner for many reasons, 1. It stays put on my oily skin! 2. It stays on my water line for a REALLLLLY long time. 3. It's inexpensive (under $5.00) 4. The color is EXTREMELY black lol (I also have the brown one but haven't used it yet. ) 5. It's very concentrated so a TINY bit goes a LONG way! (if you get too much on the brush it will look inky.) The one thing I don't like about this eyeliner is the formula dries out wayyyy before you get anywhere near close to the bottom of the jar! I get about 3 month of use before it dries out :/ This is what my current jar looks like now :) This is what my 1st jar looked like when it dried out :/ There is a lot of product left! (It was spread out in the jar but as it dried out it shrank into a circle lol. ![]() Good Morning! We have decided to start adding in more spiritual videos on the channel! After all, God deserves His praise! This week Ty breaks down what we were working on with the boys (David and Goliath), and amps it up for the teens and the adults :D He talks about what happens to David and some of the keys he took away from the lesson! We hope this is a blessing to someone! Have an awesome day! Hey! I had a great time today at the Goodwill and I picked up some cue tops. I got 10 tops today and 1 belt lol. My total spent was $19.80! So I came just under my 20 dollar goal that I like to set whenever I go :) Here's what I picked up: Long distance relationships are REALLY tough! Ty and I spent the first 5 years of our relationship in one... It was definitely one of the hardest things we've ever had to face together. Looking back we've learned a lot from going through that situation. 1. Commit (Are you in or are you out?) Prior to entering a long distance relationship, we feel that it is extremely important to decide whether or not it's something you are going to stay true to. Decide whether or not the person you are with is the right one for you. 2. Trust each other If the two of you have made the choice to commit to one another no matter what, we feel it is very important to trust that each other will remain true to the relationship. Try not to freak out if they're late calling you or has to work late etc. lol 3. Express your feelings to one another The words "I love you" are soo powerful. Sometimes it's all the person your with needs and wants to hear :) There's no doubt that with long distance relationships come many somber emotions. Sadness, frustration, fear, exhaustion, doubts and some! In the end, it's critical that the person you are with knows how you feel about them. 4. Make the most of your time together Whenever you get the chance to spend time together, make sure you have fun! It's even great to talk about your future together. 5. Keep moving toward your goal Take each day one step at a time and make sure your working towards removing the distance between the two of you. If the end goal for instance, is to get married, make a plan that will help you achieve just that :D Long distance relationships can be a really tough test! Stay prayerful in all things and know that the The Lord knows your heart and will bless you :) Just trust Him! Alright, I needed to wash my hair seriously! Ty and I cleaned out the garage not long ago and there was dust, dirt, spiders, and more in there lol! My fro, of course, wanted to hold onto everything that was flying around while we were sweeping and hosing things down sigh. Unfortunately, my twistout was only a couple days old so I wasn't quite in the mood to cowash again... So I attempted to do a dry twistout in hopes to save my fro for a couple more days! Here's what I did:

Hey! It's back! I'm not sure if the Goodwill stores everywhere are running the 50% off all clothing sale for Memorial Day, but if you love thrifting, check your Goodwill out on Saturday May 25th to see if you can find anything amazing! I will definitely be going lol. I hope I find some cute stuff this time :)
Good Morning! I just want to share how my first wet Bantu Knot Out held up! I got 4 days out of this style before my scalp told me it was time to cowash :) I think my fro held up pretty well, it did it's normal thing...got fluffier and shrank as the days went by lol. I enjoyed this style and will be doing it again. Have an awesome day! It has been about 2 months since I started using baking soda and oatmeal in my skin regimen to help with fading my acne scars and even out my hyperpigmentation and I am very pleased with how things have been going. I have decided to give the baking soda another month or two and stop using it daily after that since it has a really high ph. (I will use it on occasion.) As far as the oatmeal I'm going to keep that in my regimen long term because it's just soo awesome! (And gentle lol)

The boy's have reached ages where they are starting to understand some lessons of the Bible, so we have began teaching them more and more about how they can apply the things learned to their lives. We feel as though it is best to teach them both while they are young so they will be prepared for life as adults. This time, we focused on David and Goliath (1 Samuel chapters 16 and 17 KJV) and the bravery David had because he had the Lord on his side. The boys really love this lesson :) We learned that no matter what obstacle presents itself, God will ALWAYS see you through and be victorious! All we have to do is ask for Him to help and believe that He will do just that :) Have a blessed day!!! It was time for me to attempt another bantu knot out...this would be the first time I've done a wet bantu knot out on my hair and I was very unsure how it was going to turn out! Although I was concerned, I decided I should go for it. Besides, if it turned out to be a complete disaster, I could always put it up in a puff lol. How do you think this turned out? My Bantu Knots |
